His paintings are then presented in Singapore at the Asian Arts Gallery which also publishes a book on the painter in four languages and accompanied by poems by André Verdet;
Noted for his work on computer graphics, he is invited to take part in the exhibition Meeting of Computer Graphics at the Georges Pompidou Centre in Paris;

Numerous exhibitions featuring landscapes of the south of France take place in France and overseas. His works are shown in the Frères Gallery (Strasbourg), the Guin Richelme (Marseille) and La Différence (Antibes). He also exhibits in Saint Pierre and Miquelon islands and Montreal in Canada;

Aubusson Tapestries, in conjunction with Robert Four Gallery, selects Fu Ji Tsang’s work The Jonquils to create an entirely hand-woven tapestry (limited edition of eight copies). Since then, over fifty subjects have been woven by Aubusson;

In the fall, he takes part for the first time in the Art Expo New York. The Cat Black Gallery (West Port, New Jersey) then invites him for a personal exhibition;

In April, the Manville Museum in City of Baux presents his paintings on Provence;
In spring, he travels to China to gain new inspiration, visiting Yunnan and the Huangshan – the mountain loved by painters and poets. Here, he accumulates notes and sketches with the idea of publishing a book;
Back to France, he gives a painting performance in the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Nice, on the theme of “Mountains and Water.” ;

My Chinese Sketchbook is published by Edition Flammarion in March. For this occasion, the artist creates a series of seven silk-screens on the theme of China. He opens the auditorium of the regional library Louis Nucéra, by creating a painting of the sacred mountain Huangshan;
The city of Nice dedicates an exhibition to his works, Timeless China, shown simultaneously in three municipal galleries;
The Eule Art Gallery invites him to show in Davos, Switzerland;

.Fu Ji Tsang returns to one of the themes dearest to his heart: the four seasons – an analogy for the cycle of life. His research draws the attention of Flammarion, who decides to publish his works;
The curator of the Museum of Asian Arts in Toulon, Guillemette Coulomb, offers to organize an exhibition. Fu Ji Tsang decides to show a series of large portraits of Chinese ethnic minorities, along with sketches and texts from his trips. This is the artist’s homage to the peoples who make up the mosaic of China;
